I ordered the item on 15/04 and was cashed in the same day. Without news, I sent 3 messages to the seller on 06/05, 16/05 and 20/05. None received a response. I opened a dispute with Etsy and the customer service reimbursed me the same day, very efficient. I don't know if the seller had a problem or if it was a scam but it was my first "negative experience" on Etsy.

J'ai commandé l'article le 15/04 et ai été encaissée le même jour. Sans nouvelle, j'ai envoyé 3 messages au vendeur le 06/05, le 16/05 et le 20/05. Aucun n'a reçu de réponse. J'ai ouvert un litige avec Etsy et le service client m'a remboursé le jour-même, très efficace. Je ne sais pas si le vendeur a eu un souci ou s'il s'agissait d'une arnaque mais ça a été ma première "expérience négative" sur Etsy.
