Overall I am very happy with this artist's work, and would not hesitate to recommend it. I supplied a drawing and she was able to match it perfectly. She even offered a suggestion of her own, using magnets to make the two halves of the necklace clip gently together. This was nicely implemented and I am very pleased. The only issue I did have was having to pay an extra ten pounds to fix her mistake later on in the process, due to a misunderstanding in communication. I was a little disappointed as I had requested regular photograph updates. The mistake was rectified perfectly in the end however. They do look more fragile than previous necklaces we have had, so we will need to take extra care of them, but on the whole I am very pleased with the finished necklaces.
