Oui, votre commande peut être remise en main propre, uniquement sur Montréal (idéalement quartier Jean Talon) ! Cela vous éviterai les frais d'envoi postaux, et vous serez sûr de recevoir votre commande rapidement.

Et si l'objet m'arrive cassé ? /// And if I received a damaged item?

Si l'objet devait arriver chez vous cassé, malgré tout le soin apporté à l'emballage, merci de m'en informer le plus tôt possible (avant les 14 jours), photo à l'appui. Le retour de l'objet est à la charge du vendeur, uniquement dans ce cas-ci. Sans preuve photo, ni retour de l'objet : pas de remboursement.

Pas d'oreilles percées ? /// No drilled ears?

Pour les oreilles non percées, possibilité de changer l'attache par des clips (à vis, la plupart du temps, ce qui permet de régler la pression) pour 1 euro supplémentaire.
Possibilité de changer les crochets d'oreille par de l'argent 925 (1,5 € supplémentaire) ou par du plaqué or 14k (3,50 € supplémentaire). Ou bien encore par du niobium (2€ supplémentaire)

For the non drilled ears, it is possible to change the hook by clips (with a sort of "screw", wthat allows to adjust the pressure) for 1€ additional.
Possibility to change the brass hooks with by silver hooks (1.5€ additional) or by gold-plated hooks, 14k (3.5€ additional). Or I can change for niobium (2€ additional).

Also, my jewelry IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN. Due to small parts, choking hazard may occur.

Canadian Shipping / I didn't pick up the package on time

FOR CANADA: orders less than 2 cm will be sent in letter, without tracking. If you want a tracking, please chose the right delivery service in the options.
For packets only, not for letter expedition (less than 2cm thickness)
ChitChats: I can't send jewelry parcel less than 100gr inside Canada (I know :/ ) So, it will be sent with Canada Posts.

OTHER COUNTRIES:
"Oops, I didn't pick up the package on time"= I am not responsible if you do not pick up your parcel on time: if you want me to send it again, it will be at your expense. With ChitChats there's returning fees for me (to received the non picked up package) of 6$CA. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE REMOVED FROM REFUND if I have to refund your order for non picked up package, once it get back to me

I never received my order, what can I do?

To avoid lost package, please chose the tracking option, it's a safe way to track and receive an order. You'll be able to chose the option during the order process.

Please, check if your postal address is correct. Ask for your neighbourhood, they may have received your item by mistake. Postal strike can cause delay, too.

If your order is considered as lost, you will be refund to a minimum of 30 days after having placed this order. This will let us enough time to investigate (e.g. ask neighbours, post office, etc). This will take 45 days for international countries (60 for Italy).
If InsurePost/ChitChats insurance used, the full refund will be after the customer filled the claim form or afidavit, and validated by InsurePost or ChitChats.

How to send merchandise back to the seller

Buyer have to pay the shipping fees to send back to me the order. So, it's IMPORTANT you declare as "Returned Merchandise", when returning items to me for a refund. And please, keep with you the receipt and any proof of shipment (CN22 with my address in MONTREAL, see below) which justifies that you have returned the item(s).
If no item back: no refund. So, keep a proof, thanks.
