Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
After my acceptance of your withdrawal, you must return the items in the condition in which you received them and in their original packaging within 14 days. The return costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on my part. At the end of this 14-day period, the products delivered will be deemed to comply with your order and accepted by you.
In the event of a refund request, it will be made at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the return of your order.
Payment
Secure online payment by credit card is completely secure: it uses the SSL protocol. The transmitted information is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport over the network.
In the event that you choose to pay by bank check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of it and the processing times will inevitably be longer.
Prices are indicated in euros, VAT is not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping
If you want a specific shipping method, please contact me before validating your order.
I usually ship orders within 48 hours. The delivery time varies from 1 to 3 working days for metropolitan France and the European Union and can go up to 15 working days for the most distant destinations.
