What if I change my mind or just don't like my item?
YES, we accept returns but buyers will be responsible for all transit costs. To qualify simply supply tracking details of the returned item clearly marking the item as returned goods/unwanted on the package. We will issue a refund for the item upon receipt. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.We'll reduce the costs we have paid for the shipping, we'll refund only the price of the object itself.
Customs duties and taxes
We ship from France. For international purchases import taxes and/or VAT may apply to purchases. Buyers are responsible for investigating and paying any import duties that may be due for importing vintage and antique items into their own countries.
Return and delay of reimbursement/ refund due to damage caused by delivery
Yes, we accept the return of damaged item, with the delivery note signed and indicated that it was damaged upon receipt, ATTENTION: It is very important that the buyer open the package in front of the delivery person, if the item is is found to be damaged, fill in the delivery slip with remark- description of the damage, otherwise the insurance will not work, and reimbursement is impossible.We do our best to pack your order well, but due to negligence of some other people, parcel might arrived broken. We could help you through the processing of the insurance, but we couldnt accept it as our fault. Inspections will be done by the delivery company and it takes 2 to 3 months minimum. Once they reimbursed us, we will reimburse you in return.
Unclaimed & return to sender item(s)/ parcel(s) without valid reasons, are not reimbursable
Unclaimed & return to sender item(s)/ parcel(s) w/o valid reasons (inspections will be done), are not reimbursable. If buyer prefer us to resend it- he will be responsible for all transit costs.
Causes of delays. . .
We're willing to help but we're not responsible for delays caused by customs, neither the delivery attempted failures (in case of your absence or any other personal reasons). Buyer must contact his postal or pick-up center on how to recover his package. Unclaimed & return to sender item(s)/ parcel(s) w/o valid reasons ( investigations will be done), are not reimbursable. If buyer prefer us to resend it- he will be responsible for all transit costs.
In case of lost object/ parcel
Once we confied buyer's parcel with the delivery company, it's no longer our responsibilty. In case of lost we could help buyer by processing the insurance but, we couldnt accept it us our fault. Inspections will be done by the delivery company and it takes 2 to 3 months minimum. Once they reimbursed us, we will reimburse you in return.
