The Inspired Art of Zentangle (Z.I.A.) has considerably enriched my artistic activity for 2 years: my latest book, my illustrations and abstract paintings... I also practice daily the original Zentangle method, created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, which is a method of relaxation through meditative drawing... I will become cZT Certified Zentangle Teacher by following the CZT-EU 6 method training seminar in October 2022 and I will be able to teach, through Zentangle online workshops, this wonderful mindful drawing, accessible to all...

A travers ma peinture, depuis plusieurs années, je m'épanouis par l'abstrait et le mix-média notamment, où je me sens libre et spontanée...
L'abstrait me permet de m'exprimer avec une grande authenticité, d'accéder pleinement à mon imaginaire et de donner la possibilité au spectateur de laisser libre cours au sien...
Je travaille beaucoup sur l'harmonie entre les motifs Zentangle, les formes, les textures, la composition et les couleurs...j'affectionne particulièrement les bleus...les couleurs apaisantes ou lumineuses...intenses comme la vie..
Je travaille essentiellement à l'acrylique, même si j'aime aussi l'huile et l'aquarelle...
Ma principale source d'inspiration est la Nature, la beauté de l'instant, l'intensité des sentiments...
Ma peinture retranscrit intensément mes sentiments et mes sensations du réel...Mon travail artistique illustre mon intériorisation de la Vie, la poésie et la force émotionnelle de mon monde intérieur... La couleur pure qui joue avec les motifs Zentangle sont les personnages principaux de mes oeuvres, par son intensité et l'écho qu'elle fait résonner en moi pour explorer ma singularité...
