Communicated this to Arwen who delivered to my home with days to spare! I even made an error with my initial messaging but Arwen happily corrected. Highly recommend for fast, efficient, responsive and excellent customer service!

5 out of 5 starsPerfect as our anniversary gift! I was surprised from the shipping, as this shipped to us from India. However, it arrived in great condition. Only the upper corner of the frame was slightly damaged and it is so not noticeable that we didn’t request any customer service support. FedEx would not let me open the package prior to signing, so I wasn’t aware of the slight damage. However, it’s mostly not noticeable and it looks great where we’ve hung it. I’m really pleased that we got the frame with the canvas! Really love this item!
