So I do not want to leave a negative comment because it is absolutely not deserved. There are imponderables in life, and even if the person is a salesman, you have to know how to show understanding. Thank you for your kind answers and so much that the shop can reopen!

5 out of 5 starsAn item that took a long time to arrive with a defect probably related to transport; but a very attentive designer who knew how to make the surprise even more beautiful in the end... so doubly thank you, my friend was doubly delighted! Be careful though, remember to order early for a fixed date! I would definitely recommend though!
