I love everything about the Smith-Corona Galaxie Deluxe typewriter!! I especially love the clacking of the keys and the “ding” it makes! Brings back memories :)

The first thing worthy of recognition is the description that had me purchase this magnificent vintage typewriter. This seller knows what to write and how to write it. Well done! These sellers ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT. They used heavy-duty cardboard to package this vintage item. They labeled it with FRAGILE and DO NOT DROP on every side of the box. They used a generous amount of tape to seal and secure the box. Once I opened it up, I was floored to see the item encased in high-density foam from every direction. The item was even wrapped in 6 ml thick plastic while surrounded by foam. This typewriter is a flawless masterpiece. The quality is absolutely astonishing. I immediately fell in love with it. It is EXACTLY as described and exceeded my expectations. I tested every function and it works LIKE NEW! Great seller! Thank you.
