Una vez que termine tu sesión, subiré todo como un archivo PDF que encontrarás en tu historial de compras de Etsy. Te enviaré un mensaje con las instrucciones para encontrarlo, por si acaso no es obvio. A veces la tecnología falla, así que si tienes problemas para descargarlo o si el archivo no se abre, no te preocupes. Normalmente no uso el correo electrónico para comunicarme; simplemente mantengo todo organizado y al tanto de las cosas. Si tengo todos los detalles que necesito de tu nota de personalización, empezaré directamente con tu lectura sin enviar un mensaje inicial ni un saludo, para ahorrar tiempo y concentrarme. Si veo que me falta un nombre o una fecha de nacimiento, me pondré en contacto contigo inmediatamente para pedírtelo. 🔹 Etsy me envió un correo electrónico diciendo que mis archivos están listos, pero no hay nada. ¿Por qué?
Este es un pequeño fallo del sistema de Etsy que ocurre a veces y puede resultar molesto. En ocasiones, el sistema envía un correo electrónico automático indicando que el archivo está listo para descargar en el momento en que se realiza un pedido digital, aunque todavía no haya subido tu lectura específica. Ignora esa notificación si aparece. Te enviaré un mensaje personal en cuanto termine y suba tu PDF. Si no has recibido un mensaje mío, significa que todavía estoy conectando con tu energía y trabajando en el archivo.
🔹 ¿Por qué no han sucedido aún las cosas que predije mi lectura?

Usually i try to get these back to you within a 24-hour window, give or take. since i work with people who are scattered all over the globe the time zones can get a little tricky sometimes but i always make sure to slot your session in during my actual working hours so it gets done properly. if you happen to order a bunch of readings at once though... it might take me a little longer than usual just because i want to make sure im giving every single question the deep undivided attention it actually needs rather than rushing through them. ill always drop you a quick note the second your reading is done and ready for you to look at so you arent left wondering.
🔹 How do I actually get my reading file?
once i am done with your session i upload the whole thing as a PDF file which you can find sitting right there in your Etsy "Purchase History". ill send you a message with the steps on how to find it just in case it's not obvious. sometimes technology acts up though and if you have any trouble downloading it or if the file is just not opening please dont worry about it. just let me know and i can send it to you directly as a message or a screenshot or even a private link if that’s easier. my main goal is really just to make sure you can read your message comfortably without jumping through hoops.

i want you to feel completely at ease here. if you change your mind before ive actually started working on your reading im more than happy to cancel it and give you a full refund because honestly life happens and i understand that things change. if the reading is already delivered but you feel like it didnt help you or if youre unhappy for any reason please just talk to me before you go leaving a review. im here to offer clarity not to just collect a fee and walk away. if you are truly unsatisfied i am happy to refund you because your peace of mind is what matters most to me... really.

energy is fluid and constantly shifting so its natural that some messages might feel a bit distant or weird at first. the cards are basically looking at the vibrations surrounding you right this second but because we all have free will the path can change pretty fast. if you feel like the message is missing the mark or just feels wrong tell me. i can take another look at the energy for you free of charge or just give you a refund if we cant get it right. life isnt static and i believe my readings should reflect the dynamic world we actually live in rather than forcing a narrative that doesnt fit.

most likely everything is perfectly fine and there is nothing to worry about. i dont use email to communicate usually i just keep everything right here on Etsy messages to stay organized and keep track of things. if i have all the details i need from your personalization note ill dive straight into your reading without sending an "initial" message or a hello just to save time and focus. if i find that im missing a name or a date of birth ill reach out to you immediately to ask for it. so if you havent heard from me it just means im in deep focus working on your session right now.
🔹 Etsy sent an email saying my files are ready, but there’s nothing there. Why?
this is a little quirk in the Etsy system that happens sometimes and it can be annoying. the system occasionally sends out an automatic "ready to download" email the moment a digital order is placed even though i havent actually uploaded your specific reading yet. please just ignore that notification if you see it pop up. i will personally message you the second i have actually finished and uploaded your PDF for real. if you havent received a personal note from me it just means im still tuning into your energy and working on the file.
🔹 Why didn't the things predicted in my reading happen yet?
a reading is sort of like a weather report for your soul... it shows the most likely path based on where you are standing right now and the currents around you. however you are the creator of your own life and that is the variable that changes everything. if you sit back and wait without taking action toward your goals the energy can stall out and nothing moves. you have the power to change your direction at any time. think of the reading as a guide but remember that your own efforts and choices are the real engines that move you toward what you want.
🔹 The answers felt a bit too general for me. Why is that?
the depth of the reading often depends heavily on the details you share with me in the beginning. if the questions are very broad or vague the energy i pick up tends to be broad as well because there isnt a specific anchor to hold onto. to get those deep "lightbulb" moments of clarity i always suggest being as specific as possible in your notes when you order. tell me the situation the people involved and exactly what is weighing on your heart so i can target that. the more focused your intention is the more detailed my insights will be able to be.

i believe in being honest but i dont believe in being "scary" or creating fear for no reason. if the cards show a challenge or a difficult energy ahead i will tell you plainly but ill also look for the best way for you to navigate through it so you arent left feeling helpless. my readings arent meant to make you worry... they are meant to empower you with the truth so you can handle whatever comes your way with confidence and a clear head.

i prefer to focus on you and the people directly connected to your life because that is where the energy is actually relevant. tuning into the energy of someone who has no idea a reading is happening—especially someone you dont have a personal relationship with—can be very difficult and often inaccurate because there is no energetic cord connecting you two. my gift works best when there is a real human connection or a situation that actually touches your heart and has real stakes for you personally.
