I put this question at the top of the FAQ because I can't stand when sellers do this obnoxious manipulation. My shipping costs are passed on to the customer exactly as they are on my end. To the penny. I'm not here to get over on anyone or, worse yet, insult anyone's intelligence with a bait and switch. (That's not a bad band name for an 80's pop-metal group: Bait & Switch. They did a spirited cover of 'Eye of the Tiger').

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer gift wrapping or an alternative to the shipping bag that your order will arrive in. You can, however, have a personal gift message enclosed at no additional charge. Your gift message will appear on a 6" x 4" card which is printed on 150 gsm paper. The card has the shop logo in the upper left corner and supports up to 200 characters for your message which will appear in the center.

This means that the shirt was constructed and then it was dyed. Typically, fabric is dyed prior to the construction of the garment. With pigment/garment dying, you get natural variations in color intensity. This variation is what gives the garment a bit of fade and a lot of character. Over time, the fade increases. Lastly, the pigment dying process yields a uniquely soft feel.
***Important to note: The following colors do not have the classic garment dyed unevenness and fading: black, white, and ivory. If you like black but want a garment dyed look, order your item in Pepper. Pepper, to my eyes, looks like a faded black.

To ensure you select the perfect size for your comfort, follow these simple steps to measure a T-shirt you already own and compare it to the size chart image (which is included in each item listing):

Measuring Length:
Place the end of the tape measure at the highest point on the shoulder next to the collar.
Pull the tape measure straight down to the bottom hem of the shirt.

Measuring Width:
Place the end of the tape measure at the seam under the sleeve.
Extend the tape measure flat across the chest to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

If you want an oversized fit, I recommend ordering two sizes up. If you want a tighter fit, order one size down

Like any clothing that has been printed on, it is recommended that washing and drying be done with the garment inside out and that a lower heat setting is used in the dryer. If, on the other hand, you want fading on the printed design, do not turn your items inside out. When you get to the level of fading you like, begin washing the shirt inside out to maintain that look.

High heat is taxing on fabrics and, as such, I’m a fan of using lower dryer temperatures for all clothes that you want to get good mileage out of. Lastly, it is important to wash Comfort Colors garments separately for the first couple of washes because the dye may bleed.

If you get your order and it isn’t right, you won’t be stuck with it. In the unlikely event that it is defective, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please message me within 30 days of receipt.

If your preferred color or size is not listed, please contact me. I can usually accommodate special requests for both alternative sizes and colors. Although I do whatever I can to avoid it, there may be an increased cost when changing colors as it may require me to use a print shop with higher pricing.

Sizes beyond XL are incrementally more expensive. ThereforeI have to charge an additional cost for items that are larger than what is available on the item listing.

I can procure many products (long sleeved tees, sweatshirts, etc.), and many brands. Although my product listings are all garments by Comfort Colors, if you have your heart set on, say, a Champion sweatshirt, just let me know. There may be a cost difference but I will do whatever I can to make it happen.
