Bonjour Mélody, je vous remercie beaucoup pour votre commentaire. En effet à destination de l’Europe un numéro IOSS noté sur le colis est fourni par Etsy afin d’éviter de payer une deuxième fois la TVA. Cependant de manière totalement aléatoire et injustifiée certaines douanes imposent le règlement de frais supplémentaires. Je suis navrée que ayez du régler ce supplément. À très bientôt sur Beldi Sélection 🤍
