The need to create started in kindergarden.

As a child I won allmost all the drawing contests. That made me proud ans feeling a bit special. It was only natural that I made to the art academy instead of university.
The need to create kept growing but it was not till my staying in France in 2009 that I saw a possibility of earning money with my creations. In the beginning I only sold my feltwork: scarfs and flowers. But in the south of France summer can be very hot and so no need for feltwork.
I had to learn how to create other things, so I started creating jewelry using buttons, toys and other fun stuff. It opened many doors and I kept exploring different styles and materials.
After 14,5 years I decided to go back to Antwerp, Belgium, closer to my family and friends.
I took a year to settle back in and to rediscover Antwerp.
But the need to create came back and so I believed it was time to take an important step and I am registered to sell on my own account. However I still have a job to make sure all the bills are paid! The 'quit your job' is not for now yet, but maybe one day I will be able to make that decission.
In the meanwhile I have 2 evening classes, a sewing class and the other is to learn how to create jewels in silver and gold ( everyones dream not? ). In 2014 the second year for both classes start in septembre and I can hardly wait. However I will start making silver rings very soon with the technique of the lost wax.
Can't wait to put them in my etsy shop!

I am a single mum and creating is my second biggest love (after my son ). I make all of my items myself, as well as running my shop. I do the A to Z part, no help, just me, myself and I.
