These conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the site of the Bloom brand and buyer and conditions apply to all purchases made through the merchant site that the buyer either professional or consumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.
These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by the Bloom brand and designer Sophie Schlesser.
The latter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.

The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated when the customer places his order and before he proceeds to payment.
In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the creation(s) concerned.

For all items shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable.
These rights will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country.
We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

The products remain the property of Bloom until full payment of the price indicated.
Bloom reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders.


Orders paid on the site are made only by credit card (via Paypal), Paypal or bank check. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Checks should be made payable to Sophie Schlesser and sent to this address that we will communicate to you if you choose this payment method.



In order to be able to guarantee you an optimal service, we thank you for always giving us a complete and exact shipping address.
In the event of an error on your part or an incomplete address, the costs of a second shipment will be at your expense.
The routing is ensured by Colissimo, Letter, Letter Followed by La Poste for France, and no compensation can be granted by Bloom in the event of late delivery.

In the event of a delay on a tracked Colissimo, an investigation will be requested from the postal services.

In the event of refusal of a package, the shipping costs will then be at your expense and the goods will be refunded to you upon receipt of the return.

In the event of non-complaint of the package and return of it after the 15 days of waiting at La Poste, the costs of reshipment will be at your expense.


In accordance with article L121-20 of the consumer code, the buyer has a period of seven clear days from the date of receipt of the article, to return, at his expense, the products ordered, for refund, exchange or credit.

Bloom undertakes to reimburse you within a maximum period of 30 days for any defective or non-compliant item, provided that it is returned to us within 7 days in its original packaging and by the same shipping method as that by which he received it (colissimo, letter followed, recommended…).

Any product that is incomplete, unlabelled, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. In the event of delivery of an item that does not comply with your order or is damaged during transport, please contact us.

Return procedure: Contact us by email at bloombijoux[at] to find out about the steps to follow for returning the package. The return will be considered effective upon receipt of the package by our services. In the event of a definitive return, you can ask to be reimbursed or to benefit from a credit note.

All check payments will be refunded by cheque. With regard to payments by credit card or payments via Paypal, they will be reimbursed by check or by transfer to your Paypal account. Credit notes are valid for six months from the date of dispatch.

All Bloom Bijoux elements present on the ETSY site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bloom Bijoux trademark registered since May 2005 at the INPI of Marseille.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound without written authorization from Sophie Schlesser, creator of the brand.


All our shipments are made with the utmost discretion. BLOOM BIJOUX undertakes not to communicate your details to third parties, with the exception of third parties involved in the execution of your order (carriers, banking services).
In the exceptional case of non-payment or payment fraud, reserves the right to communicate all necessary data to the police or competent courts.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you can request access, modification or deletion of data concerning you by sending an email to bloombijoux [!at]
