Welcome to Bright Peace Herbal Teas!
A few years ago, I found myself unable to sleep, anxious, and irritable, often experiencing heat flashes. I was consuming 3 to 4 20-ounce matcha lattes a day, and something had to change. Waking up unhappy was no way to live. At the same time, I wanted to start a business that I could love and that would help others. My journey to wellness began when I decided to quit my coffee addiction, which I had struggled with for years.

After many attempts, I finally switched to herbal tea, and my life began to transform. I found peace in my heart, regained my ability to sleep, and felt a renewed sense of well-being. My passion for herbal tea infusions grew, and I realized that more women needed to discover the benefits of these natural remedies.

It is my honor to present Bright Peace Herbal Teas, specifically blended to support women's health and well-being. I invite you to explore our range of soothing and revitalizing teas and experience how they can enhance your life journey.

I purchased the menopause daytime tea. I was looking for an alternative to the coffee. I've always loved tea but lately noticed how weak and flavorless store bought bagged tea is. During this stage of my life I am looking for high quality natural, organic ingredients that harmonize with my body. I am loving the flavor, aroma and feeling this tea gives me. Finding Peace and Passion: The Birth of My Herbal Tea Blends

I glance at my phone: it's 2:30 am. My mind is racing, and once again, I can't sleep. Over-the-counter remedies have had limited success. By 4:30 am, I step onto the floor with a sore back, put on my shorts and running shoes, and head to the gym. My routine is the same every day: no sleep, gym, coffee, work, coffee, home, food, no sleep.

I didn't dislike my career, but I craved a new challenge in life. I was battling anxiety and emotional turbulence, compounded by my inability to sleep. Eventually, I decided to quit my coffee addiction and replace it with herbal tea. The blends were incredible, and I started to feel great again. I wondered why I hadn't discovered these blends sooner.

I realized that providing beautiful herbal tea blends for women could be a passion I could truly dive into. So, I did it. I teamed up with talented people to create blends for women in transition. I hope you enjoy these beautiful blends and share them with the women in your life.
