Payment
Any change in VAT rates will be automatically reflected in the price of the items. Under no circumstances can Ortans be held responsible for any additional costs generated by additional bank charges for payments made outside the Euro zone.
Ortans reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the order, subject to availability. The products remain the property of Ortans until their full payment.
The price and conditions applicable to the order are those in force at the time of validation by the customer of the order.
1.2 Means of payment
Any payment is made when the order is taken.
Payments are made exclusively online, at the time of ordering.
Etsy's secure payment service incorporates the SSL security standard that allows your bank details to be encrypted as they are transmitted over the network.
Only the receipt of payment to the company's bank account constitutes proof of financial transactions.
1.3 Order confirmation
From the registration of the order, Ortans sends the Customer a confirmation e-mail via Etsy. By keeping this e-mail or printing it, the Customer holds proof of his order. As soon as the order is validated, it then becomes irrevocable and cannot be questioned.
The order is taken into account and the delivery period begins to run from the date of receipt of payment.
Only the receipt of payment to Ortans' bank account constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Shipping
The products are delivered to the delivery address that the buyer has indicated during the ordering process. The information stated by the buyer, when placing the order, binds the latter. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Ortans cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it may be to deliver the package.
The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing times and delivery for products destined for metropolitan France.
2.1 – Stock availability.
The items presented on this Site are only deliverable within the limits of available stocks.

Ortans undertakes to inform the buyer, if necessary, by any means at its convenience, of any stock shortages affecting its orders. In this case, he communicates to the buyer a new approximate delivery time (and this, before the expiry of the initial announced period) by indicating that, if he does not accept, he can cancel his order and benefit from a credit or refund for the amount of the items ordered.
. Supplier failure.
Ortans also reserves the right to cancel all or part of the orders placed by the buyer in the event of a supply failure and in cases of force majeure. The buyer must be informed under the same conditions as before and be reimbursed the price paid at the time of the order, as soon as possible.
2.2 – Terms and Conditions
. Place and delivery time.
Deliveries of the ordered item(s) are made to the buyer's home within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt of payment for the order. The seller processes orders in the shortest possible time. However, if the above stipulated period could not be met, the buyer must be notified.
2.1 - Verification of the Product.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the Delivered Product. Any complaint about apparent defects or non-conformity of the Product must be reported by the Buyer. We cannot be held responsible when a Buyer has accepted a package with significant deterioration likely to degrade the Product. It is his duty to express reservations and refuse the package.
