Wij zijn Anna en Oleg. We zijn al sinds 2006 actief in de designwereld.

🧵 OORSPRONG

Jarenlang hadden we een ontwerpbureau gespecialiseerd in meubels op maat – we maakten banken en poefen en werkten samen met enkele van de beste textielmerken in de branche, zoals Maharam, Robert Allen en Casamance. Als meubelontwerpers stonden we steeds voor hetzelfde probleem: de markt voor meubelbekleding voelde te rustig en traag aan. Er ontbraken gedurfde patronen, rauwe energie en uitgesproken kleuren. Dus begonnen we onze eigen textielprints te ontwerpen.

😏 DE VERLEIDING

In de loop der jaren hoorden we steeds weer: "Waarom maken jullie geen shirts met jullie prints? Waarom alleen poefs?" of "Dit patroon zou er fantastisch uitzien op een tas" of "Breng op zijn minst een stoffencollectie uit!" Het was natuurlijk verleidelijk, maar we wilden geen groot bedrijf worden of een compleet nieuwe productielijn opzetten naast onze meubelactiviteiten.

🚀 DE VERSCHUIVING

Maar de wereld is eindelijk veranderd – ten goede. Print-on-demand is er! En niet zomaar een goedkope variant – geen foto die zomaar op een mok is geplakt, of een polyester kussen dat je bijna niet durft aan te raken. Dit zijn mensen die nog meer geobsedeerd zijn door kwaliteit dan wij :) Ongelooflijk biologisch katoen, de fijnste zijden mousseline, prints van museumkwaliteit, perfect gelijkmatige (!!!) stiksels, echte aandacht voor detail – een complete cultuur van vakmanschap.

🔄 DE NAAM

Dus we besloten het erop te wagen — en veranderden letterlijk het plan. Zo is dit project aan zijn naam gekomen. We hebben zorgvuldig een paar partners uitgekozen die we met onze ontwerpen konden vertrouwen, de eerste producten getest en nu lanceren we het in de wereld :)

🌍 WAAR WE ZIJN

Tegenwoordig zijn we gevestigd net buiten Valencia, Spanje. Maar dat uw bestelling zo snel mogelijk wordt gemaakt en verzonden? Dat hebben we te danken aan onze productiepartners over de hele wereld. De meeste bestellingen uit de VS worden geproduceerd in Montreal, Canada en New Jersey, VS. Europese bestellingen worden verzonden vanuit Letland, Kroatië, enzovoort.

MAAR – één uitzondering: sommige van onze meer verfijnde streetwear-stukken komen uit China. Sorry, niet Portugal, niet de VS. China! Ja, echt waar: daar vind je de beste stofkwaliteit, de strakste snitten, de meest gewaagde silhouetten en de meest geavanceerde productietechnologie van dit moment :)

🎨 DE AANPAK

Geen trends, geen algoritmes — alleen ons eigen gevoel voor schoonheid: gedurfde patronen, rauwe energie, onbeschaamd kleurgebruik. We nemen ons werk serieus, maar onszelf niet. Elk stuk is gemaakt alsof het voor ons eigen huis bestemd was.

Bovenal willen we gewoon dat de wereld er een beetje mooier uitziet. Patroon voor patroon.

We are Anna and Oleg. We've been in design since 2006.

🧵 ORIGINS

For years, we ran a design bureau specializing in custom furniture — making sofas and poufs, and collaborating with some of the finest textile brands in the industry, like Maharam, Robert Allen, and Casamance. As furniture designers, we always faced the same problem: the upholstery market felt too quiet and slow. It lacked bold patterns, raw energy, and unapologetic color. So we started creating our own textile prints.

😏 THE TEMPTATION

Over the years, people kept telling us: "Why not make shirts with your prints — why only poufs?" or "This pattern would look amazing on a bag" or "At least release a fabric collection!" It was tempting, of course — but we didn't want to become a big company, or start an entirely new production line on top of the furniture business.

🚀 THE SHIFT

But the world finally changed — for the better. Print on demand arrived! And not the cheap kind, either — not a photo slapped on a mug, or a polyester pillow you're almost afraid to touch. These are guys who obsess over quality even more than we do :) Incredible organic cotton, the finest silk muslin, museum-quality prints, perfectly even (!!!) stitching, real attention to detail — an entire culture of craftsmanship.

🔄 THE NAME

So we decided to give it a try — and, quite literally, changed the plan. That's how this project got its name. We carefully hand-picked a few partners we could trust with our designs, tested the first products, and now we're launching it into the world :)

🌍 WHERE WE ARE

These days we live just outside Valencia, Spain. But getting your order made and shipped as fast as possible? That's all thanks to our production partners scattered around the globe. Most US orders are produced in Montreal, Canada and New Jersey, US. While European orders ship from Latvia, Croatia, etc.

BUT — one exception: some of our more elaborate streetwear pieces come from China. Sorry, not Portugal, not the US. China! Yes, really: that's where you find the best fabric quality, the sharpest cuts, the wildest silhouettes, and the most advanced production tech right now :)

🎨 THE APPROACH

No trends, no algorithms — just our own sense of beauty: bold patterns, raw energy, unapologetic color. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. Every piece, made as if it were for our own home.

Mostly, we just want the world to look a little better. One pattern at a time.
