Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Right of withdrawal and return

According to the law, the customer has a fourteen-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order. Personalized items such as mugs or jewelry are not subject to this period of withdrawal and therefore can not be returned or refunded.

If the customer wishes to exercise this right, he must inform ChatMage in fourteen days after receipt of the items either by Etsy or by sending an email to the following email address : contact [!at] chatmage.com . The customer must return the items at the latest, within fourteen days after the communication to ChatMage of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal.

Return costs (including transport packaging and postage and possibly, depending on the country, customs fees and local taxes) are chargeable to the client.

It is up to the customer return the items without having deteriorated or damaged and in original packaging. Similarly, the customer must ensure that the returned items arrive in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are properly protected during transport to prevent their deterioration. If they arrive damaged or soiled in ChatMage (by the client or during transport), no refund will be made and they will be returned to the customer at his expense.

It is advisable to send the items by registered mail in order to prevent the loss or non-delivery. ChatMage can not be held responsible for non-receipt of the returned items.

Following the return of the items, ChatMage reimburse the customer with the same means of payment used by the client to pay the order. Reimbursement will be made within fourteen days as of actual receipt of effective returned by the customer (provided that they are not damaged). ChatMage refund the amount of the order (including the item price and shipping costs but not the cost of return, which are the customer's responsibility). For the amount of reimbursed expenses of delivery, ChatMage will reimburse standard shipping costs even if the client had chosen express delivery method.

If we made a mistake in sending one or more items, we will pay at the customer the cost of return and we will offer him either send at our expense, the item ordered, or a refund of item . All refunds will be made to the customer who placed the order.
Payment
- Rates

The prices of the items listed in euros (and must be paid in euros). Prices are excluding of taxes due to the "VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the CGI."

ChatMage reserves the right to change prices at any time but items prices will be consistent with the rates in effect at the time of confirmation of the order, subject to availability.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and payable in euros as well. They are not included in the price of items. They are charged in addition.

Any customs duties or local taxes depending on the country of destination are payable by the customer.

- Terms of payment

Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal secure service.

The buyer declares having the required permission to the payment method he chose.

The command's preparation time (maximum 7 days) will begin upon receipt of the payment.

ChatMage retains full ownership of the items sold until payment of the entire order, that is to say, the full payment of the articles, shipping costs and other mandatory fees.

- Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of your order and the country of delivery.

Customs duties and any taxes due to the importation of products in your country are your responsibility.

By default, the shipments are made in "Green Letter" for the France, and in "International Priority Letter" for Europe. If you would like a "Followed Letter" shipment, please contact me.

Price of a shipment in "Followed Letter":

-France, up to 100 grams: 2.65 euros
- France, up to 500 grams: 3.65 euros

- European Union, up to 100 grams: 5.70 euros
- European Union, up to 500 grams: 8.20 euros

Shipping possible worldwide. Please do not hesitate to send me an email if the shipment in your country is not mentioned.

The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

As indicated in the article dedicated to orders in these general conditions of sale, the customer undertakes to provide valid and accurate information at the time of his order. If the order could not be delivered due to incorrect information of the delivery address (error or incomplete address), ChatMage would not be responsible for the non-receipt of the items and the costs of reshipment would be borne by the customer.

It is up to the customer to check the condition of his package and it is his responsibility to make reservations to the postal services if he observes damage to the packaging.

In case of items damaged during transport, the customer is asked to contact ChatMage within two days by sending us an email to the following email address: contact [!at] chatmage.com. If this is not the case, the order is considered accepted by the customer and no claim regarding its delivery can be accepted and taken into account.

- Delivery times

The order will be processed once the payment has been received (validated by PayPal) and will be shipped within a maximum of 7 working days (i.e. 5 working days).

Orders are sent by La Poste, to the address that the customer indicated when ordering.

The delivery times indicated when ordering are given only as an indication and without guarantee. ChatMage is not responsible for any damage or extended delays of the Post Office. A delay in delivery in which ChatMage has no liability does not entitle the customer to cancel the sale or refuse the items, to claim payment of damages, or to benefit from any discount as long as the order is delivered within 30 working days.

You can choose the shipping method when ordering for all items. You can opt for a shipment with or without a tracking number. All items can be sent at the "Letter" rate (tracked or not).

Sending in green letter and international priority letter does not allow to obtain a tracking number or to be reimbursed in case of loss or damage to the package.

Items are sent in a cardboard envelope or double fluted cardboard to protect them during transport.

If an order has still not been delivered after the deadlines set for the time of receipt of payment, preparation of the order and delivery, the customer can therefore contact La Poste and ChatMage. In case of loss of the package and once the investigation of La Poste has been carried out and the parcel has been declared actually lost (for shipments in tracked letter), ChatMage will propose to the customer the return of his order subject to availability of the articles or the refund of it by PayPal.

All refunds will be made on behalf of the customer who placed the order.

- Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of your order as well as the country of delivery.

Customs fees and any taxes due on the importation of items into your country remain at your expense.
