Custom and personalized orders
I do not accept returns for custom orders and large format photographs, + 20 x 25 cm (8 "x 10"), as they are made to order only.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: For photographs 20 x 25 cm (8 "x 10") and larger: minimum delay 9 working days.
Q: How are the photographs sent?
A: Photos in 20 x 30 cm (8 "x 12") and smaller, are sent flat in a sturdy and waterproof packaging, the larger photos are sent in a roll.
Q: Can you make us an invoice?

A: I do not take into account customs fees because I do not know.
