星 5 個のうち 5 個The tickets turned out wonderful and will make a great gift when I give them to my friend. The seller was great about changing the time to the 12hr format and sent me a replacement ticket whenever one of them had a spelling error. Shipping was also super quick!

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
Once I dispatch an item the hope is it will be with you as fast as possible, however sometimes the post can be slower than normal for a number of reasons and unfortunately I have no control over this. First of all, please check the delivery estimates with my the added dispatch time (depending on your location), also excluding weekends to get your estimated delivery time. If the time has passed please feel free to contact me and I will help best I can. If you have tracked delivery, keep an eye on the tracking information for updates. Any international orders can sometimes get held in customs so please keep this in mind.
International orders
Please make sure to provide the correct and full address for international orders. I am not responsible for any shipping delays or lost items that are the result of issues with the customer-provided shipping address.
My order has arrived damaged
Not to worry! Contact me describing the type of damage and provide a few imaged of the packaging and the order. Please dont get rid of the packaging untill advised to. I will work with you and do my best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Custom and personalized orders
If you wish to make a customized or personal order, please make sure that everything is spelt correctly, you dont miss any information and feel free to be as precise as you want. Once the order is finalized and accepted I wont be able to make changed later on.
