5 out of 5 starsGorgeous. If anyone else is in the US, you can print the 120 x 80 cm size as a standard 36x48" poster at Staples or Kinko's. I just used scissors and trimmed off the white edge at the bottom since it's not a perfect fit. Took me a while to figure out the printing but it worked so well and I will be back for her 6th birthday next year! Seller is very helpful, too.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel or exchange my order? Do you offer refunds?
Order can be cancelled if you bought twice the same product and cancelled or exchanged only for custom products and only before proof have been sent.
No refunds are made for "instant download" products, due to the direct access granted to the buyer after payment.
Due to the digital nature of printable items, no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed. (except if you bought twice the same product)
Can my party package items texts can be changed? Can the wording in invitation be changed or added? Can you personnalize the text in instant download games?
Yes, the texts on the party package are editable with the free software Acrobat Reader, so you can customize the template by yourself and as many times you want to.
Fo invitation, yes sure! New wording is welcome within the limits of the available space and without additional fees
For instant download, I can customize the games for you. Please send me a request by Etsy convo and we will discuss a fair price for it
When will I receive my proof? When will I receive my files? Can you send me my files to my email adress?
The current turnaround time for customization is 24h
For instant download, an access to your files will be granted to you by Etsy immediatly after receipt of the paiement. With the link provided by Etsy you will be able to download pdf files or zip folder that contains your purchase. (This folder have to be unzipped to recover the files.)
Invitations are only sent by Etsy convo
Just heavy custom files are sent by www.wetransfer.com to your email adress. You will receive a download link in your email box and have 7 days to recover files. If you do not receive your order 24h after my message about wetransfer.com download link sent, please check your spam/trash folders.
My editable PDF template isn't working correctly! I can't save/print my pdf files after changing the template wording! It is not the right size when I print the files! I have technical issues!
Did you unzipped the big uploaded folders? Some previews are very performing and allow you see files but all features are not available.
Is your Acrobat Reader upgraded? (http://get.adobe.com/reader/)
For size issues, your printer automatically adjust the content size to the paper and create bleeds. You have to check "no scale" or 100% on your printer window options.
It is not Créastelle responsablity for or when:
your event has been canceled or shifted
your printables have been printed with errors after approval
you have slow internet, computer or printer issues
your printer quality or calibration, or your paper quality
your word is misspelled

How works Instant Download? How do I download my files?
When you're in the listing use button "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions in cart to "Proceed to Checkout"
As a direct download, you can have your files as soon as your payment is accepted by Esty.
Etsy will send you an email after your purchase. Follow the link provided to you to your account. To get a file, go to the link "you" in the Etsy menu bar and "puchases and reviews"
There you have the listing of all purchases you've made and a blue button at the right to download files. (desktop computer)
After downloading your files, when there is .zip folders don't forget to unzipped them. Some preview are very performing and allow you see files but all features are not available.

Can I have the custom invitation included in the party decoration package? What file will I receive for invitation?
No because invitation need time to be customised and party package is a direct download, you can have as soon as your payment is accepted by Esty
Also invitations are separate because you can choose between styles (with or without photo), backgrounds and sizes (4x6 and 5x7).
You will receive 3 files you might need to print your invitations:
- 1 HD pdf file for printing with 2 or 3* invitations on a standard letter sheet (*depanding the size you have chosen)
- 1 single jpg HD invite for online printing
- 1 LD png for emailing a few days before party as a reminder
Are my files limited in use? Can I have a license for Créastelle products?
The Créastelle designs can't be resell as it is or by pieces, bundled with similar illustrations, or give away for free
Créastelle designs are for a non-commercial use only. Files cannot be reselled or the finished products.
If you are interested in commercial use please contact Creastelle Party.
No printed material will be shipped to you.
You're not allowed to use Créastelle creations in other printables & invitations shops.
Creation license remains to Créastelle
The purchase of a product do not transfer the copyright so Créastelle graphics can't be claim as his own by the buyer
