How to Order
All our apparel is unisex and designed for your comfort. Please check the size chart in the listing photos for the best fit. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Choose your item type, color, and size. If customization is available, add your name, date, or special request in the personalization box. Not sure about something? Just reach out — we’re happy to help.
Once everything looks good, add it to your cart and check out. We’ll take it from there and make your item just for you. 💛
Production & Shipping
Everything we offer is made-to-order. Once you purchase, we begin printing, checking quality, and packaging your item within 1–3 business days.
Shipping includes tracking, and U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Holiday seasons may be busier, but we always move as fast as we can. You can follow the shipping journey with the tracking number but if you ever need help, just message us anytime.
Returns & Cancellation
Because each product is created especially for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away — a quick photo is all we need, and we’ll make it right.
Production begins soon after checkout, so we’re unable to cancel orders. Thank you for understanding!
Custom Requests
We love creating personalized pieces! If you’d like to add a name, date, phrase, or adjust a design, feel free to message us — we can even share a mock-up before you order.
If you need custom apparel for couples, family groups, friend trips, or any special occasion, just let us know. We’re happy to prepare the quantities you need, exactly the way you like.
Care instructions
For the best longevity, wash cold and inside out, then air dry or use low heat. Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly on the print — a little care goes a long way.
