Come pasticcere professionista, non riuscivo a trovare una giacca che si adattasse davvero alle esigenze del lavoro: qualcosa che fosse elegante, comoda e resistente anche durante i turni più lunghi e con temperature elevate. Così, me la sono creata da sola. Quel piccolo atto di necessità si è trasformato in una grande idea: l'abbigliamento da cucina non dovrebbe costringere a scendere a compromessi.
Oggi, il nostro marchio esiste per rivoluzionare l'uniforme dello chef, infondendo in ogni capo orgoglio, gioia ed eccellenza nel design. Crediamo che chef e creativi meritino abiti che riflettano l'arte e l'intensità del loro lavoro. Le nostre giacche sono realizzate per ispirare sicurezza dalla preparazione all'impiattamento, pensando a funzionalità, stile e comfort totale.

As a working pastry chef, I couldn’t find a jacket that truly fit the demands of the job - something that looked sharp, felt comfortable, and performed through long shifts and high heat. So, I made my own. That small act of necessity became a big idea: culinary apparel shouldn’t make you compromise.
