Frequently asked questions

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due the custom nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversion during the order process. We only know what a preference or request is if you specify it in our message. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day, we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We do have a photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes have sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram.

For digital download products, do you accept return or cancellations?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Custom and personalized orders

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim in USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let me know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim***YOU MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of package arriving.

All orders will be processed inour standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee Listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

AngelaWilliamsonDK is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen--all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your items over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item--please contact the shipping carriers directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with our local police department.

Custom and personalized orders

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund previous customers that 10% off amount.

Do I need a Canva account?

Yes, you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access and edit the templates that are purchased. You can sign up for FREE or Pro.

Custom and personalized orders

For cloth items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design.

What is a mockup file?

A mockup file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as Photoshop, Canva, Design Space and other photo editing software. Our mockup files are Flat JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual image you'll receive so you can easily just add your own designs on it.
