📥 Where can I find my digital purchases?

3. Find your order and click the Download Files button next to it.
🛑 IMPORTANT: You must use a browser (on desktop or mobile). The Etsy app does not support file downloads.
You will also receive an email with a download link to the address associated with your Etsy account.
🎨 How do I access my Canva templates? Do I need Canva Pro?
No Pro account needed! All templates work with a free Canva account.
1. After downloading your purchase, open the Instructions PDF.
2. Click the link inside to access the template on Canva.
3. If you don’t have a Canva account, you'll be prompted to create one—it's free and only takes a minute.
4. Once inside Canva, you can edit, customize, and download your design.
🚫 I can't download my files. What should I do?
If you're having issues downloading:
1. Make sure you're not using the Etsy app (use a browser instead).
2. Double-check you’re logged into the correct Etsy account.
3. If it still doesn't work, message me directly, and I’ll email your files within 12 hours.

Before printing your design, I highly recommend the following:
1. Proofread everything carefully.
2. Run a test print to check layout, color, and size.
3. Be aware that colors may vary due to printer, ink, and paper differences.
4. For best results, consider using a professional print shop (FedEx, Staples, Walgreens, etc.) or an online service (Vistaprint, Shutterfly, etc.).
