星 5 個のうち 5 個Such a good game idea. Item arrived on time. The quality of the cards was thick, I highly recommend. Also customer service was great, I had doubts that the picture I wanted to use was going to work, but my question was answered with no problems.

Do I need a Canva account to edit my template?
Yes. A Canva account is required to access digitals and edit Canva templates. The free version of Canva is sufficient.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds may be issued only for mistakes made on our part.
What if my package is delayed in transit?
Once your order has shipped within the stated processing time, delivery is handled by USPS. Shipping delays, weather, and carrier issues may occur and are outside of my control.
Please allow USPS additional time to complete delivery and continue tracking your package. If your order qualifies, Etsy Purchase Protection may assist with eligible issues.
Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
Unless otherwise stated, all designs are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used commercially.
When does production begin?
Production begins only after all required personalization information has been received. Delays in providing personalization details may delay production and shipping.
What happens if I do not provide the required personalization information?
Orders cannot be completed until all required personalization details are received. Any shipping estimates are based on the date complete information is provided.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If USPS shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please:
• Check your mailbox, porch, garage, and other delivery areas.
• Ask household members and neighbors if they received it.
• Wait 24–48 hours, as USPS may scan packages early.
• Contact your local USPS office for additional delivery details.
• Submit a Missing Mail Search if needed: https://missingmail.usps.com/
Because each order is handmade and requires time and materials, free replacements are not provided for packages marked as delivered by USPS. If your order qualifies, Etsy Purchase Protection may assist with eligible issues.
My package is delayed or still in transit. What should I do?
If your package is still showing “In Transit,” please allow USPS additional time for delivery. Delays can happen due to USPS processing, weather, or high shipping volume.

• If there are no updates for several days, contact USPS or submit a Missing Mail Search: https://missingmail.usps.com/

Shipping Information & Delivery Expectations
Please remember that my processing time is 5–7 business days. Shipping times begin after your order is completed and USPS has scanned the package.
• USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: typically 1–3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: typically 1–2 business days
If your order is needed for a specific date, please choose a shipping option that allows enough time. USPS may occasionally experience delays, and once your package has shipped, transit times are outside of my control.
