Emyline, creation of jewels and accessories hand made in Bordeaux

The Creation is my activity full-time from now on 8 years old, but by thinking again about it I always needed to make things of my ten fingers, whether it is the sewing or the jewels. We can doubtless award that to my rather pretty nature, (and a size off standard, actually, I had to tinker or retouch my clothes) I think that I am finally a rather unfit, repressed artist in drawing, or in music.. I have, on the other hand, certain taste for the fashion, the customisation and the laces, as well as the rustles. It is thus quite naturally that I made of my passion my job.

Returns and exchanges
In case of non-compliance of a sold product, he can have returned to the seller who will take it back, will repair it, will exchange it or will pay off it.
All the complaints, the requests of exchange or refund(repayment) have to be made by e-mail at the following address:emylinem@gmail.com within seven days as from the delivery, and concern only articles not carried and sent back(dismissed) in their original packing.
The refund(repayment) can be also asked within 7 days. "Emyline-création" makes a commitment to pay off for a maximum deadline(extension) of 30 days by bank check. Safe in case of error of delivery of "Emyline-création", the transport costs are not refundable. All the articles are exchangeable within 15 days as from delivery date and subject to availability in stock. They is enough for you to mention us the article wished in exchange during your request of return.
We shall accept it upon receipt of your return, according to the availability. (And so the conditions are met: articles not carried and sent back in the original packing).
If the new order is of an upper amount, the customer will have to join at the request of exchange the balance payment. On the contrary, if the amount of the exchange is lower than the initial amount, the customer will receive credit note of the difference.
All the articles are submitted to a contractual guarantee, which does not put obstacle to the legal guarantee planned by articles 1641 and following ones of the Civil code.
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices including tax in euro taking into account the applicable VAT in the day of the command(order); any change of the rate can be echoed on the price(prize) of products or services(departments).
"Emyline-création" saves to modify its prices(prizes) at any time, being however understood that the price(prize) appearing in the catalog the day of the command(order) will be the only one applicable to the buyer and subject to availability of the article commanded(ordered) at this date.
The indicated prices(prizes) do not include the processing fee of commands(orders), transport and delivery as far as they take place in the geographical zones planned below.
All the commands(orders) whatever is their origin are payable in euro.
Clause of property reserve: products are left the property by " Emyline-création" until the complete collection of the price(prize) by "Emyline-création".
The price(prize) is due with order.
Payments will be made by Paypal or by bank check denominated(drawn up) in the order of "Emyline-création"
The account of the buyer will be sold(produced) from reception of its payment which it will have sent by mail to the address indicated in the e-mail of confirmation of the command(order).
The commanded(ordered) products are then reserved 5 days as from the date of command(order). After this period and for lack of reception of the payment or check correspondent, Emyline-création reserves the right to cancel the command(order) of the customer. The check will then be dismissed to him(her) from reception, (unless the customer certifies to maintain his command(order))
At the request of the buyer, him(it) will be sent to him(her) an invoice on paper highlighting the VAT.
The deliveries are made for the address indicated in the order form which can be only in the agreed geographical zone.
The risks are chargeable to the buyer as from the moment when products left the premises(places) of "Emyline-création".
"Emyline-création" offers 2 modes(fashions) of delivery:

The products which will be sent, will be accompanied with the justificatory invoice, in the delivery address indicated by the customer during his command(order).
The indicated delivery deadlines are indicative deadlines(extensions) as from day according to that of the validation by the customer of his command(order) and correspond to processing time and of delivery of products. On no account they can be opposable, but in case of unusual delay, an e-mail will be sent to you.
"Emyline-création" thus disclaims all liability in case of delivery deadline too much importing because of postal services or means of transportation, as well as in case of damage, of loss of the commanded(ordered) products or strike. The risks of the transport are supported(born) by the customer, who will have to formulate a protest motivated with postal services or with carrier, within three working days as from the delivery.
That is why, in the reception of his command(order), the customer will watch to verify the conformity of the received(successful) products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (produced missing or broken, damaged parcel) must be necessarily notified, that very day of the reception or at the latest the first working day following the reception by registered mail (at the address indicated in the e-mail of confirmation of the command(order) and sent to "Emyline-création" - Customer services). Any complaint formulated after this deadline(extension) will be rejected and Emyline-création.com will be relieved of any responsibility.
"Emyline-création" saves himself the possibility of asking to the customer to turn(return) him(her) the defective product.
If the above-mentioned conditions are filled(performed), "Emyline-création" will proceed then to the refund of the defective Product (s), or in the forwarding of the product being lacking (subject to the legitimacy of the request of the Buyer.)
Additional policies and FAQs
The seller has, for all the stages of access to the site, of the process of command(order), the delivery or the later(posterior) services(departments), only an obligation(bond) of way(means), its responsibility cannot be committed(hired) for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break of the service(department), or other involuntary problems.
"Emyline-création" could not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of the contract concluded in case of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, the force majeure, the disturbance or the all-out or partial strike in particular postal services and means of transportation and/or communications, flood, fire. In any case, any delay in delivery cannot give rise to damages, restraint or cancellation of orders on hand. According to data protection acts of January 6th, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning you.
