Bonjour, merci de votre avis. Je vous ai expliqué plusieurs fois que pendant le confinement, je ne recevais plus l'encre nécessaire à votre commande. C'est désormais chose faite, et vous avec exprimé votre satisfaction sur mon travail ensuite. Sauf que là, votre note fait descendre toute ma moyenne, alors que je ne suis pas responsable...
