FIELDS OF APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
These general conditions of sale (GTC) are concluded between, on the one hand Floriane ZIMMERMANN alias Fée Plaisir whose registered office is located in OBENHEIM (67230) – FRANCE, whose micro-enterprise is registered with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Bas-Rhin under the SIRET number 828 705 822 00017, and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person called "the Customer" wishing to make a purchase by any means whatsoever.
These general conditions of sale (GTC) define the contractual relationship between Fée Plaisir and the Customer. Any purchase process implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale (GTC). These general conditions of sale (GTC) will prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Fée Plaisir. Fée Plaisir reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale (GTC) at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the customer's order.
THE PRODUCTS
You will find on the shop for each product, a product sheet containing all the characteristics of the product. You therefore have the opportunity to know the essential characteristics of the product before any orders.
Fée Plaisir creations are handmade with special attention to each of them. However, small differences and imperfections that may appear from one product to another result from the artisanal character of each creation.
The photographs of the proposed articles are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity especially in terms of colors. It is necessary to take into consideration the artisanal character of Fée Plaisir creations.
The products sold by Fée Plaisir are designed for decorative purposes. In the case of a purchase intended for a child, the customer will note that the products are in no way toys and that the artisanal nature of the thing makes the products more fragile than industrial products.

According to Article 293B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable.
Fée Plaisir reserves the right to modify its prices at any time according to the pricing policies of the various stakeholders: suppliers and Fée Plaisir, and economic conditions. The price displayed on the product sheet and /or quote will be the only one applicable to the customer.
Payment is requested within 7 days, under penalty of the opening of a dispute on Etsy.com to at least obtain a refund of the costs incurred by the transaction.
Please note that orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Payment by bank transfer is usually recorded after 48 hours. For payments by check take into account the shipping and cashing times. Payment by credit card via PayPal or PayPal account is therefore recommended.
Shipping
Delivery times according to the deadlines indicated in the "delivery" tab of the product sheet and applies in working days.
The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated when ordering, to your home or any other address of your choice.
Shipments are provided by the Post Office.
Each item is subject to adapted shipping costs indicated in the product sheet.
Light shipments are made in priority letter or mini-max. Fragile or bulky orders are made in letter max or colissimo without signature. Do not hesitate to contact if the means of shipment offered were not at your convenience.
Delivery times in metropolitan France are indicative of 2 to 3 days.
Each order is prepared and packaged with care.
In case of delay Fée Plaisir invites you to contact your post office and inform it via the contact form in the follow-up of your order but can not be held responsible.
