Custom and custom orders
Fully tailor-made orders are accepted, contact me in private message to see together your request. Attention my products comply with the EU standard, so it is possible that the original design of a product of the shop is slightly modified so as not to exceed the safety length. Remember that safety is a priority!
The nipple fasteners will not exceed the size of 21/22cm in length, from the clip node to the end node. 22cm being the maximum safety length allowed, most of my models will be rather 21cm.
Do not use cleaning product whatsoever, my creations can be cleaned with simple water without products, by hand without sponge (dishwasher not recommended), do not wet the bells!
Gift wrapping and packages
My products are carefully wrapped in a gift pouch, or in a case for pregnancy bolas. If you want me to leave the gift bag open, please let me know when you order!If the order is a gift that must be delivered before a specific date, please contact me via Etsy messaging and let me know so that I can do my best to honor this deadline.
How do I put the first name when ordering?
Nothing could be simpler, you just have to add the model or models of your choice in your basket. There is an error on my order, what can I do?
An error can unfortunately happen with your order, rest assured, cases are very rare because I always be careful to check my orders before they are shipped. Nevertheless, in case of error, forgetfulness or problem, please send me a message via Etsy messaging or directly following your order (with photo if the error is on the item). An answer will be given to you quickly and if the error on my part is confirmed, a replacement order will of course be sent to you as soon as possible with a return envelope already stamped for the order already received and not in accordance with your expectations.
