Shop policies
All my beads and jewelry are handmade by me, Mieke, in my studio in the south of the Netherlands. I'm creating jewelry for over four years now, but I finally desided to give it a go on Etsy.
The beads I create are made of soft glass, coe 104. I use Moretti, Vetrofond, Lauscha, Reichenbach, Double Helix and TAG.
All my beads are annealed overnight in a digitally controlled kiln, for maximum long life and durability. The bead holes are thoroughly cleaned with a dremel with a diamond bit .

Payment
Payment should be received within 3 days after purchase. If you are having trouble paying, please let me know ASAP, or the item will be relisted.
Shipping
International shipping is expensive, so I try to ship for the lowest rates: I will send your order based on Priority (unregistered) mail. Registered shipping is possible, please send me an email before you pay and I will give you the possibilities and prices for your country.
Please allow up to 14 business days for arrival of your purchase (due to customs, it may take even longer!)
Please be aware that occasionally customs may detain or add charges/tariff to goods being shipped into the country. Unfortunately these potential circumstances are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
