Questo negozio è nato quando ho iniziato a fare candele per me e la mia famiglia. Ho visto una mancanza di ciò che stavo cercando nei negozi e nei negozi online e ho deciso di fare quello che volevo da solo! La mia attività è iniziata con candele che riflettevano il mio amore per libri, programmi TV e altri pezzi di cultura pop. Con mia sorpresa, c'erano molte persone là fuori che hanno espresso i loro ringraziamenti per aver portato ciò che avevano lottato per trovare per molto tempo! Non solo in base al contenuto da cui sono stati ispirati, ma che stavo usando una cera di soia che non irritava le loro allergie e profumi che non scatenavano le loro emicranie! Candele di soia delicatamente profumate che erano facili per chi aveva sensibilità e illuminavano le case delle persone (così come le mie) sono diventate l'obiettivo principale di ogni prodotto che ho elencato.

Questo mi ha portato ad espandermi in altre cose che anch'io cercavo ma non riuscivo a trovare. Dopo la nascita di mia figlia nel 2015, ho scoperto che aveva ereditato la pelle estremamente sensibile sia da mio marito che da me. Lozioni, saponi e altri prodotti per il bagno e il corpo che non ci hanno fatto reagire tutti orribilmente erano scarsi e costosi. Anche allora, non riuscivo a trovare prodotti completamente aperti sui loro ingredienti o processi di creazione. Ho iniziato a dilettarmi a creare i miei prodotti per il bagno e il corpo per soddisfare le esigenze della mia famiglia, e ancora una volta ho trovato altri che stavano cercando quello che ero. Prodotti per il bagno e il corpo delicati sui loro utenti come lo erano state le candele di soia. Così è iniziato il mio viaggio per espandermi nella vendita in questo campo.

Pochi anni dopo, From A Fable è diventato un luogo in cui i clienti possono raggiungere ciò di cui hanno bisogno e ciò che non sono in grado di trovare da nessun'altra parte. Non mi sforzo di essere uguale alle altre aziende, né sto cercando di seguire la tendenza delle attività artigianali. Ogni prodotto è un pezzo della mia visione del mondo e realizzato con l'amore che i bei prodotti richiedono. Continuerò a bilanciare il business che mi ha aiutato a crescere con le esigenze della mia famiglia e dei clienti al fine di creare prodotti unici che aiutino gli altri. La mia speranza è che le persone trovino ciò di cui hanno bisogno nel mio negozio e sentano il sollievo che ho fatto una volta che ho saputo che stavo bruciando candele e usando prodotti per il bagno e il corpo che erano sicuri e lussuosi per la mia famiglia.

This shop came into existence when I started making candles for myself and my family. I saw a lack of what I was looking for in shops and online stores, and decided to make what I wanted on my own! My business began with candles that reflected my love for books, TV shows, and other pieces of pop culture. To my surprise, there were many people out there who expressed their thanks for carrying what they had been struggling to find for a long time! Not only based on the content they were inspired from, but that I was using a soy wax that didn't irritate their allergies, and scents that didn't spark their migraines! Gently scented soy candles that were easy on those with sensitivities and brightened up people's homes (as well as my own) became the main focus of every product I listed.

This led me to expand into other things I, too, had been looking for but been unable to find. After the birth of my daughter in 2015, I discovered she had inherited extremely sensitive skin from both my husband and I. Lotions, soaps, and other bath and body products that didn't make us all react horribly were scarce and expensive. Even then, I couldn't find products that were completely open about their ingredients or creation processes. I began dabbling in making my own bath and body products to satisfy my family's needs, and once again found others that were looking for what I was. Bath and body products as gentle on their users as the soy candles had been. Thus began my journey into expanding into selling in this field.

A few years later, From A Fable has now become a place for customers to reach out for what they need, and what they are unable to find anywhere else. I do not strive to be the same as other businesses, nor am I attempting to follow the trend of handmade businesses. Each product is a piece of my view of the world, and made with the love that beautiful products require. I will continue to balance the business that has helped me grow with the needs of my family and customers in order to create unique products that help others. It is my hope that people find what they need in my shop, and feel the relief that I did once I knew I was burning candles and using bath and body products that were safe as well as luxurious for my family.
