Gingerlily is an adventure that began in 2007, with the desire to create and offer something new.
Gingerlily was therefore present on Dawanda and Alittlemercerie before joining Etsy.

We are a team of nice people, animated by the desire to propose pretty supplies, our favorites, those with whom we would like to create jewelry and accessories.

My order has not been shipped yet

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days and you should receive a confirmation email as soon as it is ready to go.
However, we are dependent on postal delays for the delivery of packages. Please choose the most suitable option if you are in a hurry: we offer deliveries by Chronopost and other express carriers.
Please take this into account when ordering!

How to track my order?

Every order is shipped with tracking, for any destination.
The tracking number is displayed below your order details.
If you have any problem, please contact me, I will be pleased to answer you as soon as possible.

My order has been shipped but I have not received it yet

Postal delays varies according to the destination from 5 to 20 days.

I suggest you to be patient. I do my best to get your order delivered.
If after 2 weeks you have not received it, contact me so that I can make a reclaim to the Post office services. Beware, this reclaim can take time.

The tracking number indicates the order has been delivered but I have not received it

We take into account the information provided by mail for the reception of your order.

In some cases, the order may be lost (shipment in transit for more than 25 days).
In this only case, we will ship your order again. We do not make refunds.

Why are my shipping costs so high?

Etsy's shipping cost system is an automatic calculation based on products and number of products.
Don't worry, I will refund the overpayment of shipping costs when I ship (ONLY for shipments with shipping costs over 6€).

For example: Etsy calculates a shipping cost of 13 €.
I send you a parcel by Colissimo of 6.5.
So I refund you 6.5€ via Etsy, which will reimburse you on your paypal account or your credit card. The time of reception of the refund is variable.

I placed two orders on your store and I would like them to be sent in the same package.

Ideally; when placing the 2nd order, leave me a comment by indicating the number of the first order placed on the store and specifying that you want both orders to be sent at the same time.

Indeed, the photographs of the products represent the diversity of the available products. Sometimes the photographed stones are no longer available. I cannot therefore provide them but propose a similar model. The stones being natural, they vary from one to another.
Concerning the photos of the items currently in stock, this is also impossible for me for questions of time.

I have a problem with an article

In case of return of a deffective article.
We will ask you to send us a picture of the product and to return it to us by postal way.
