What are the metals of jewellery?
The hooks, earrings, clips and nails that I use, are made of a very strong anti-allergen metal alloy, without nickel or lead.

If you buy multiple items and want separate gift packages, please let me know that by message.
You tape a wrong destination address when ordering
In case of mistake in the address that you communicated during your order, the package will be returned to me. Upon receipt, I will contact you to agree with you a new shipment or a refund, depending on your preference.
Post office return are unfortunately quite random, it can take between 2 to 8 weeks, whatever countries. So be patient, please.
Custom and personalized orders
Don't hesitate to contact me BEFORE your purchase, if you want a jewel with different color or size. We will agree together what change you want and I will tell you if it is possible to make it.
When will I receive my order?
All shipments are made under 24 hours worked, in priority shipping.
If you live in France you will receive your order between 2 and 4 days.
For Europe the average time is 4 to 7 days.
And for the rest of the world between 10 to 20 days.
WARNING : Concerning delivery, due to the actual pandemic, Postal Services (La Poste, USPS, etc...) has a somewhat longer delivery time for mail. So the deadlines mentioned above, MAY BE MUCH LONGER. Thank you by advance for your patience and understanding.
In case of delay of the post, I could not be held responsible, and therefore no monetary compensation will be provided.
But if the package arrives too late for you, do not hesitate to contact me and return your order (within 14 days of receipt) in its original packaging, and I will refund your items as soon as I receive them.
