Shipping costs differ depending on your country. I send your parcel to the maximum four days after validation of your payment. Packages to France will be sent by letter followed or colissimo depending on the option you have chosen.

For parcels destined for Europe and the rest of the world your parcel will be sent by international tracking parcel or colissimo international depending on the option you have chosen (it takes between 7 to 20 days for reception).

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order that can only be in the area agreed in the ad.
The risks are borne by the purchaser at the time the products were recorded by the Post Office. In case of damage during transport, the complaint must be made with the carrier within three days of delivery.

If your package has been lost or stolen, we are not responsible for the situation and we will not refund. We therefore recommend choosing a delivery where your parcel will be delivered against signature so as not to be confronted with this situation.

I do custom orders as turning stones on a model you like, adapt a jewel in your size. I can also create a model only for you according to your desires, for this you just tell me via my e-mail your needs.

For personalized orders over € 100, a deposit of 50% of the price will be required. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of order.

The information we collect:

To process your order, you must provide us with certain information (that you have authorized Etsy to transmit to us), including your name, email address, postal address, payment details, as well as the description of the product you order. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for the purposes set out in my privacy policy.
