KeepFamilyFirst comenzó en una mesa de cocina cubierta de hojas de ejercicios, horarios de entrenamiento y formularios escolares.
Somos una familia de cinco con tres hijos y una agenda repleta: competiciones de natación, entrenamientos, llevar a los niños al colegio, eventos escolares. Probamos las aplicaciones. Probamos las agendas de papel. Ninguna lo abarcaba todo, y ninguna entendía que un martes puede tener tres entrenamientos en tres sitios diferentes.
Así que creamos el Centro de Operaciones Familiares: un sistema Notion integrado para horarios, comidas, tareas domésticas, finanzas e información médica, organizado en torno a los miembros de tu familia en lugar de una lista de tareas pendientes. Fue diseñado por un padre deportista que conoce de primera mano las dificultades de llevar a los niños al colegio, no por un diseñador que lo adivina.

KeepFamilyFirst started at a kitchen table covered in heat sheets, practice schedules, and school forms.
We are a family of five with three kids and a calendar that never stops: swim meets, practices, carpools, school events. We tried the apps. We tried the paper planners. Nothing held the whole picture, and nothing understood that one Tuesday can have three practices in three places.
So we built the Family Operations Hub: one connected Notion system for schedules, meals, chores, money, and medical information, organized around the people in your family instead of around a to-do list. It was designed by a sports parent who has lived the carpool math, not by a designer guessing at it.
