Returns and exchange details
TIME LIMIT FOR RETRACTATION AND RETURN
- The Purchaser has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date on which he received the purchased items.
- No return will be accepted if the returned item is unfit for sale: therefore, it must be intact, complete and in new condition.
Custom items cannot be returned.
- The Purchaser exercising his right of withdrawal does not have to justify his decision. However, he must notify the Seller by an explicit message and await acceptance of the Seller's return (confirmation by message) to return the item.
- The Purchaser must return the product(s) no later than 14 days from the date on which he notified his decision to withdraw.
- The return costs are at the expense of the Purchaser.
- Subject to compliance with the above conditions, the seller will refund all payments received by the Buyer, including delivery charges, no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request by the Seller.
- The Seller may defer the refund until it has received the product(s).

Payment
No order will be shipped until full payment has been received.

Shipping
The shipment of your order is made within 2 to 3 days after the payment is recorded if the item is in stock.
For a custom item, add the delivery time that will have been indicated to you during our email exchanges.
Sending is done by followed mail.

Shipping costs do not include any customs duties, import duties or other taxes that may be claimed from the Purchaser.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to check these costs with the competent authorities before validating his order.
I am not responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs.
The Purchaser is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt.
Any package totally or partially damaged and/or opened must be refused.
