These privacy policies describe how we collect, use and share information, and on what occasions, when you order from us or use our services through Etsy.com or related sites and services.
These rules do not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party service that you may access through Etsy. You can consult Etsy's Privacy Policy to learn more about the site's practices in this regard.
The information we collect:
To process your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you have authorized Etsy to send to us), including your name, email, mailing address, payment details, and the description of the product you are ordering. You can also decide to provide us with certain additional personal information (for a personalized order, for example), by contacting us directly.
Why we need your information and how we use it:
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:
• to process your order, resolve a dispute or provide customer service;
• if necessary, to respond to a legal obligation, a legal judgment or in connection with a legal request such as, for example, the fact of keeping information concerning your purchases within the framework of tax legislation;

Information about our customers is important to our business. We only share your personal information for a very limited number of reasons, as well as in a limited number of circumstances such as:
• Etsy. We share your information with Etsy when necessary to provide our services to you and to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Rules and Terms of Service.
• Service providers. We use certain third parties that we trust to perform certain actions or provide certain services for our store - transport companies for example. We may have to share your personal information with these third parties, but only that which is essential for the performance of these services.

• Compliance with the law. We may need to collect, use, retain and share your information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary and reasonable to:

(b) enforce our agreements, conditions or regulations;

• To oppose. You can object

2) upon receipt of marketing messages from us after having explicitly consented to receive them.
In these specific cases, we would delete your personal information unless we have legitimate reasons for continuing to use it, or in cases where it is necessary for legal reasons.
• To complain. If you are located in the European Union and would like to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without infringing any other rights you may have), you can do so with your local data protection authorities.
