Where are the items made?
They are made only in France, in Périgord precisely.
Is shipping free?
Worldwide shipping is free for all items regardless of the quantity purchased; except for candles whose delivery costs start at 5 € for the France.
What are the products offered on request?
These are French or vegetable beeswax candles that are made on demand. The buyer can select the quantity he wants, rates per lot are proposed. The manufacturing time varies according to the demand: 2 on average to 5 days.
How are the products shipped?
They are sent by bubble letter for clothes, knitwear, jewelry and in large letters as far as lanterns are concerned. Candles are shipped and well protected with newspapers and bubble wrap per package.
Gift wrapping and packages
Gift wrapping with a personalized word can be made on request.
Are there any promotions?
Yes, every month discounts are offered on certain categories of products, sometimes throughout the shop. The start and end date is always specified.
The holidays of the shop
During off-peak periods, the shop may be unmanaged for holiday reasons. The duration is often about a week. It is possible to order, but shipping will be done upon return of the owner. On the other hand, downloadable products can be purchased and received by email without embarrassment.
