    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Customs charges are not included in the announced price and are chargeable to the buyer. I recommend you to inquire before placing order.
    Shipping
    Letters are sent in prority mail, with possibility of outclassing by registered mail with track&trace (responsibility in case of loss or of damage until CHF 500.-for Switzerland, CHF 150.-for an international sending). The deadline can vary, of 1 day for Switzerland, until 8 days according to the concerned countries.

    Parcel is sent in Economy by default, with the possibility of outclassing in Priority, or Priority with track&trace. For an international mail, the delivery deadline should not exceed 20 days in Economy, 8 days in Priority, on average.
