Request a cancellation: within 3 hours of purchase
Payment
In the case of a cancellation before engraving but after creation of visual, only the price of the engraving can be refunded. The costs of creating the visual will be retained.
Shipping
For any shipment abroad, any customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for any potentially extended delays caused by the customs audit.
