Bonjour Catherine, je ne vois votre message et avis que maintenant, j'en suis désolée. Sur la fiche produit des peignes, il était bien mentionné : "Taille : 3,70x4cm - Prix pour 1 Peigne. Existe en 2 options (choix à l'achat) : avec ou sans marque apparente (gravée sur l'une des feuilles)." Vous avez donc reçu 1 peigne pour 15€ + fdp, il n'y a donc pas eu d'erreur. Je suis cependant désolée pour votre déception et espère que le peigne reçu vous plaît tout de même. Shipping
The items are posted in Lettre Max or Lettre Max S (depending on weight) with tracking number and insurance. Normal postal delay. The fees are 2.18 or 3.35 euros. You also can choose the Colissimo delivery for 5.50 euros (250gr max).
Accept the personal collect of item in Marseille and Paris.
To EUROPE (except Switzerland):
The items until 50g can be posted in a simple parcel for 1.35 euros or with a tracking number (until delivery) and insurance for 5.10 euros.
If you'd like another way of delivery please contact me and note the fees will be different.
