Does the HTV comes off?

If it is properly applied a Heat transfer design will not peel off at the first wash.
Follow the installation instructions and take your time testing the small designs provided before making the jump with the final heat transfer.

The plastic curls!! What happened?

Your iron was too hot! Do not hesitate to start by lowering the temperature and then gradually increase it. It is better to proceed in stages if you are unsure about the temperature of your iron.
The flex is installed at a temperature of 150-160 ° or the equivalent of 2 points on the iron (NO STEAM)

My heat transfer doesn't stick ... What to do?

Several possible causes:
1 / Was your iron hot enough? Have you exercised sufficient pressure? Have you waited for the iron on to cool down to give the glue time to adhere to the fabric?
2 / Some new fabrics contain a primer (you can smell it by the smell that emerges from it under the heat of the iron) that can prevent the flex from adhering. If possible, wash your fabrics before applying a heat-transfer. But do not worry, manufacturers do not wash clothes before customizing them in series. The main risk is to see the flex go to the first wash!

Just contact me. I realize for you the designs you want. The elements integrated by you in the Products during their personalization remain your property. For this reason the client certifies with respect to CRÉAS DE TITI that he is authorized to use any text or model, drawing made available by the customer. In this regard, the customer declares and guarantees that these elements do not infringe any rights of third parties and undertakes to indemnify LES CRÉAS DE TITI of all sums (legal fees, damages and interests) to which it could be condemned by the fact action initiated by a third party.

Instructions to iron transfers

We decline all responsibility in the case where the goods chosen by the purchaser are not used in accordance with the usage
The Créas de Titi can not be held responsible for damage to clothing or other textile on which an iron on would have been put due to misuse. (Clothing burned by the iron, applied peeled after washing, unsuccessful laying, cooling time not respected before peeling the plastic film)
The fusible flex sold is regularly tested by us. their lifespan once laid depends on the use made of your clothing and the maintenance you give them.

Maintenance instructions

To guarantee a good behavior of your personalizations in the time, we advise you to iron the clothes after each washing taking care to respect the indications of the manufacturer recommended on the clothes.
We advise you to wash and iron your clothes upside down at a temperature of 40 degrees.

Packing orders

I take great care in packing your orders.
However for the sake of ecology and to limit packaging costs to the maximum, you will not receive your appliqués in plastic bags. They end up in the trash in 99% of the cases!

Your heat transfer will be delivered neatly stapled on a sheet of paper. This is how we also gain some precious grams on the weight of the shipment and can offer shipping rates calculated to the fair!

Large orders or fabric items are wrapped in tissue paper. Soon your shop will stock recycled paper ... Let's make a gesture for our planet !!

Time of manufacture / delivery

After confirmation of order, LES CRÉAS DE TITI undertakes to prepare and ship your orders within 24 to 72 hours (usually 24 hours, Monday to Friday). No sending will be done on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The delivery will be made to the delivery address that you have validated at the time of the Order as being "the delivery address"

The delivery time varies from the date of shipment of the parcel, from 24 hours to 15 days depending on the place of delivery and mode of transport chosen.
