> About the products:
- For more creativity and exclusivity, the notebooks and accessories are handmade, in (very) limited edition. It depends on the quantity of each fabric.
- They all are unique specimen. Some little details can be different from one to another. Handcraft is art, isn’t it ? ;-)
- The photos are taken with natural light to be as near as possible to the reality. Nevertheless each fabric can react differently, so you cannot assume to have a perfect resemblance with the final product.
- You don’t know Etsy very well ? Here is some help to do your shopping the easiest way:

- It is very easy. Send me a message (Grey button: Contact shop owner or Blue button: Request custom order) and describe what you are looking for:
.The notebook format. Would you like to write on A4 format, squared pages or spiral-bound notebook for example?
.Choose your fabric. Among the LivLee selection of fabrics or if you prefer another one, tell me what you like (favorite colours, patterns, materials, trends…) to help me in my research.
- I check your demand and send you a quotation for your tailor-made order.

Payment
- Please note that any customs fees or import duties (although rare) are the responsibility of the importer.
Shipping
- VERY IMPORTANT: I do my best to make sure your package arrives safe and sound. However, I cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping without buying insurance so please let me know if you want to upgrade the shipping and get an insurance. Remember your package is going overseas... I am happy to let you know the additional cost for shipping insurance.
- If your country is not on the list, send me a message and I will evaluate the shipping price for you.
- Items are ready to go between 3 and 5 working days upon receipt of your payment. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is been processed. I do my best to make your product with maximum care and as quickly as possible.
- You receive a second email when your order is at the français Post.
- All orders are sent from France to the address indicated on your Etsy account.
- If your order is a gift, please let me know. Each package is delivered in a nice gift-wrapping. I can send your order to any delivery address (depending on the destination, shipping fee can be reassessed). In this case, I need to know the name and the address of this person. He/she will receive the package on your behalf.
