I created Lola Framboise in 2005, when I was 19 years old. I chose to stop my studies to devote myself fully to my business. For 16 years now I have been living from this activity.
I came to Etsy because it's a sales platform specializing in crafts, which also allows me to sell abroad and gain visibility for my brand :)

(Hereinafter referred to as "Lola raspberry") on the one hand, and any user making purchases on the Etsy Lola raspberry shop, (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") on the other hand.

1/ OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER AND THE BUYER

These GTC aim to define the terms of sale of the products presented on the shop between Lola raspberry and the Customer. They regulate all the steps necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the two contracting parties.

The products and items offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Any order acts as a contract between the buyer and the seller. The buyer who has placed an order undertakes to pay for the order in full. In accordance with the legislation concerning distance selling, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from the placing of the order, if he wishes to cancel or modify his order (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code).

2 / DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

Each of the following terms is understood as follows:
"The Internet user": any natural person visiting the Site.
"The Customer": any natural person visiting and making a purchase on the Site for his personal use.

2.1 Enforceability of the GTC

These GTC apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, and in particular those applicable for sales on trade fairs or at Lola raspberry resellers.

These GTC are accessible at any time on the website.

Lola framboise reserves the right to adapt or modify these GTC at any time. Such amendments shall not apply to transactions concluded previously.

Each order placed on the site is governed by the GTC, applicable on the date of the order.

2.2 ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC

Prior to the conclusion of the sales contract, the Customer acknowledges having read, read, understood and accepted these GTC, which she confirms by ticking the box "I have read and accept the general conditions of sale", when placing the order.

2.3 PERSONAL or PROFESSIONAL USE

The Customer declares to make purchases of Lola raspberry products and articles only for her personal use and in no case for commercial purposes, and in particular with a view to resale. If the customer wishes to resell Lola raspberry products, she must inform the Site by post or by email to contact [!at] lolaframboise.com in order to know the conditions reserved for her.

3/ AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Offers of jewelry and accessories are valid as long as the products are visible on the site and it is possible to add them to the basket, and this within the limits of available stocks.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices as defined in Article 5 "prices" and description of the products and items available for sale on the Site.

If, however, Lola raspberry encountered a problem with the replenishment of a raw material and could not fulfill the order, she would notify the customer.

4 / CREATION OF A USER ACCOUNT

Before being able to finalize her order, the Customer must create a customer account. This account will allow him to make his purchases and follow the progress of his orders.

The Customer must fill out a form, containing the mentions of title, surname, first name, full delivery address, e-mail, telephone number and password.

This information is necessary for the order to be registered and shipped.

4.1 ORDER AND ORDER TRACKING

The order takes place in 5 steps: Validation of the basket, Identification of the Customer, Summary and Validation of the order by the Customer, preparation (creation) of the order by Lola raspberry, Shipment of the order.

To track her order, the Customer identifies herself on the Site by entering her identifiers (e-mail and password): tab 'your account'.

CAREFUL:
After clicking on the "Add to my cart" icon, the customer checks the specifics of her order (product, quantity, color, price, measurements,...). Then, the customer validates the choice of the product(s) or item(s) selected by clicking on "validate my basket".

The order will therefore be taken into account by Lola raspberry. The items will be made within the time limit (always indicated on the Site).

The customer will receive at the end of this period an email confirming the correct shipment of the package with the tracking number. If the latter does not appear in the email (in particular when sent by Letter Followed BY LA POSTE), the tracking number will be visible in the Customer's account.

The Customer's invoice is available on the Site in the "Your Account" section accessible from the home page and is attached in the package.

5 / RATES

The prices of the products and articles on the Site are indicated in Euros and are understood to include all taxes (VAT) in force on the day of the order.

These prices exclude participation in shipping costs, unless these are explicitly offered when purchasing an item or when a certain amount is exceeded.

The rates applied at Lola raspberry distributors are not our responsibility.

6 / EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer who has received items that would not suit her completely has a period of 14 days to exercise her right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of her order, without having to bear any costs other than those necessary for the re-routing of her order.

If despite my efforts the items did not suit you, it is possible to return them to me in perfect condition for resale (not twisted, not stained, not damaged, not having been worn ...), accompanied by the invoice and in their original packaging, after informing me by an email to contact [!at] lolaframboise.com

For obvious reasons, items cannot be returned once the marriage has passed. If the deadlines for placing and receiving an order do not eliminate this possibility, Lola framboise cannot refund the order. We remind you that by calling on Lola raspberry, you are working a French craftsman, not a multinational with big means.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and skin jewelry cannot be taken back or exchanged.

Return the jewels in SHIPMENT FOLLOWED imperatively, to Lola raspberry - 2 rue de la gravelle - 49370 Saint Clément de la Place.

The jewelry will be exchanged or refunded within a maximum of 30 days.

In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 3 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made according to the Customer's specifications. Personalized jewelry (size other than standard, colors, elements, or other modification) will not be taken back or exchanged, except in case of apparent defect.

If your order included a gift, it must be returned in case of request for a full refund.

ATTENTION: be careful not to make a mistake when placing an order (measurements, colors, delivery address etc.). I strive to achieve what is requested on the order form: in case of measurement error on your part, despite my advice and indications, the jewel will not be taken back or exchanged but can be modified. Refer to section TIPS.

Jewelry received and whose size would be too small (following an error on your part) require a total reduction: an additional price will be requested.

Jewelry received too large may be reduced.

Under no circumstances will it be possible to order several pieces of jewelry to try on with your dress, and return those that would not be suitable for a refund. This involves far too much work and would not be manageable. I remind you that I offer my advice on simple request by email.



7 / JEWELRY CUSTOMIZATION

Jewelry can be personalized (size, color, shape, elements ...).

The jewels are made according to your request, the customization is therefore carried out according to your request: the photo is sent once the jewel is made, once ordered. The materials necessary for customization will only be purchased if the jewel has been ordered and paid. As a result, the time to receipt may be longer.

BE SURE of the desired customization, because once the jewel is made, it is sometimes not modifiable (this would cause a total reduction of the jewel).

I strive to achieve what is requested on the order form.



8 / INFORMATION ABOUT OUR JEWELRY

Our jewelry is artisanal creations, entirely handmade, which makes each piece a unique and original creation. The photos are therefore not contractual, some jewelry may be slightly different.

The greatest care is taken in the realization of each jewel, I ensure that the materials are of high quality, are not damaged, stained ... All the metals I use are nikel-free and lead-free, in accordance with applicable laws.

I collaborate with renowned partners and suppliers and in direct contact with the very famous crystal producer Swarovski Elements.

The brand 'Lola Framboise' and some of my jewels are also registered with the INPI as trademarks and models. Therefore, any reproduction, partial or total, is prohibited.



9/ SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Any errors on the contact details transmitted by the buyer at the time of the order can in no way be the responsibility of Lola framboise in case of loss or return of the package (the costs to reship it will be at your expense).

The order is shipped to the address designated by the Customer when ordering. If the Customer is absent, a notice of passage is left in her mailbox. As soon as the service provider of Lola framboise (La Poste) informs the customer that the parcel can be collected in one of its offices, she has a maximum period of 14 days to be able to collect her package, on presentation of her identity card. Then, if the customer has not picked up the package, it is returned to Lola raspberry.

In case of return of the package to Lola framboise for non-delivery of the order to the Customer and that this impossibility of delivery results from the fact of the Customer, the latter will be refunded the sums debited, minus the shipping costs of the package.

In case of error of Lola raspberry on the shipping address, a second package will be sent to you free of charge.

9.1 Inside the envelope:

The jewelry is wrapped in a cardboard box (except hair picks alone, skin jewelry and some necklaces without clasps), there is a layer of tissue paper in the box, to wedge the jewelry. The box is wrapped in bubble wrap, and slipped into a bubble envelope or cardboard box. Jewelry without (rigid) clasps travels in a cardboard box in a fabric pouch. Some other jewelry is sent in small cardboard boxes, protected with a plastic pouch. Attention, in letter max I can not put a box! The protection is therefore limited, which is why I only send small items.



10 / MODIFICATION OF JEWELRY FOLLOWING RECEPTION:

If any modification is to be made to the jewel following its receipt, please send me an email to find out if the modification is feasible. The jewel must be returned to me with the invoice in its original packaging, within a maximum of 10 days of receipt.

The jewels will be modified within a maximum of 30 days, and will be returned to you by the mode of transport of your choice, remaining at your expense.

Custom and custom orders

Do you want to make a modification on a model (touch of color, change of the shape of the pendant, size, mixture of 2 models ...)? Many things are possible, contact me to discuss!

Size information

Lola raspberry jewelry is made in the most ordered size, namely 16.5cm for the wrist circumference, and 38cm for the neck circumference. UNLESS otherwise stated in the product sheets, for necklaces worn more décolleté for example.If you want a different size, just let me know when ordering!

Care instructions

I recommend that you care for your jewelry from time to time to prevent oxidation: dry wipes for silver jewelry are perfect, or simply a soft cloth impregnated with white vinegar. Rub gently. For smaller parts, a cotton swab can be ideal.It is recommended to keep your jewelry in a non-humid place, in its original box and away from direct light.

Gift wrapping and packages

Your order will be automatically sent in a box. There is one box per order. If you ordered 2 bracelets to offer for example, you can find an additional gift box in the shop, to add to your basket.

What is the manufacturing time of the jewels?

The delay varies depending on the time of year, usually from 1 to 3 weeks. It depends on the jewelry ordered, for example a pair of earrings will be faster to make than a complete adornment necklace, bracelet, curls, hair accessories ;)If you have any doubt, feel free to send me a message via Etsy.
