Custom and custom orders
Custom orders such as non-adjustable rings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check your size before placing an order.
Size information
To know your ring size, you can take one of your rings and accurately measure the inner diameter. You can then refer to the size chart of the product sheets of the rings.The lengths of the bracelets and necklaces are specified in the product sheets and they are all equipped with an extension chain.
Care instructions
I advise you to keep your jewel in its original pouch or in a soft pouch to avoid any scratches and remove it beforeswim or apply cosmetics such as perfume, hair spray, soap or cream.If you want to clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth that is slightly damp.Loméa jewelry is fine and therefore delicate jewelry. It is not recommended to wear them to practice any violent activity (sports, etc ...)
