5 out of 5 starsVery nice plug bought in medium size, it is in my opinion smaller than medium but it was the goal for this purchase. This toy is sublime, the blue is iridescent and very shiny, the matte purple is pretty. Perfect toy for everyone! I love the details with the dragon claws in particular, the texture of the scales is just awesome. Nice quality silicone. A very beautiful dragon egg that will bring a lot of pleasure to its owners! Don't hesitate any longer and go for it!

5 out of 5 starsReally great product! (I got Ork in Cape Verde) High quality, looks great, had to learn how to use it properly, but after that it has been amazing. It's very comfortable and is easily my favorite toy. I was worried about discreet shipping and paying a high price for a toy, but the sellers were wonderful and it's been worth every penny. It came in an unmarked box inside a cotton bag and the international shipping labels it as a "decorative object". Didn't raise any eyebrows 10/10. It's able to stretch and withstand a lot of force without any problems. The silicone is soft and doesn't cause me any discomfort, even though I have very sensitive skin. Never thought I'd be able to feel the sensation of penetration with my anatomy. And even though I'm nonbinary and not a trans man, it's been very gender affirming for me. Thanks you 🙏

5 out of 5 starsThe quality of these toys is really good and the silicone is soft and smooth. Cleaning these should be no problem, as there are holes on each side of the toy so that the water can wash right through the toy.

The phosphorescent colour is not glowing as you say it should glow
Phosphorescent colours glow in the dark but, before, they need to be charged. Each colour requires a different light and different time to be completely charged. They all required a higher energetic light than the one they shine with. And the more energetic light they require, the more time they need. This means that, while orange charges fast and easily under any light conditions, blue and violet required direct sunlight for a while.
Uncomplete charges lead to paler and lower energetic colour glows. The best option is to charge them under direct sunlight for about half an hour rotating them every now and then so every corner of the toy get some light. Don't worry about the silicone, sun cannot do anything to it but, warm it up!

About the packages and the shipping
The packages we use for all toys are neutral and discreet. Only a cardboard box, paper tape and the sticker from the shipping company.
They sender name is Suzon & Monte (both names, or only one of them). When required (shipping outside EU), package content is described as a decorative item.
All the components of the packages are recyclable and compostable: box, stickers, filling, and cellophane bag.
Every package contains a caresheet and a cotton bag.
All shipping are carbon neutral.
How long will it take to make or send my toy?
We made toys every week, depending of the quantity of orders we have, it can take between one and seven days to make your order. Then, we send orders several times a week, how offen depends in how many orders we have. The delay in production increases during holiday time but we always keep updated the processing time in Etsy (which take in account all time between an order is place and the package is ready to be delivered). Until now, we never miss a deadline (several times we missed to update the order but this is generally solve the next day).
Personalize orders may take more time than standard products depending on our workload and stock.
About shipping company, shipping time and shipping cost
We ship with required signature (when possible) and we'll provide a traking number. The shipping companies and indicative timing for main destinations (e.g. capital cities) are:
- La Poste:
France, Andorra, Mónaco: 1-3 days
Russia: 5-30 days.
Remote areas (all around the world) or PO boxes: 3-15 days.
- DHL express:
Europe: 1-2 days
North America: 1-3 days
East/South Asia: 3-4 days.
Rest of the world: around 7 days.
This is far beyond our control as multiple companies and borders can be involve in a specific shipment. Some delay can be expected from Coronavirus Outbreak and holidays.

When ordering, what information do you need? - IMPORTANT
Make sure to use a valid email to log in in Etsy and check it regularly to follow the shipping updates.
We only get the information that ETSY gives us. We cannot see your telephone number and we cannot get any information from PayPal. You can write a message to us during checkout.
Please, check that the information provided during check-out is correct. We need:
- your LEGAL NAME
- a VALID ADDRESS
- your TELEPHONE NUMBER
This is important for the delivery and for customs procedures (for shipping outside EU).
We won't be responsible of packages getting lost or returned because of wrong or incomplete information (including family name and telephone).
If you missed some information during check-out you can provide them in a message.

Do we still ship to USA? Yes, we do.
Ordering a Gift
When ordering a gift, consider to choose your own address as the delivery address. And give the package to your friend personally.
If it's not possible (e.g. you live in different countries), keep your own email address in the contact information or give us your email address (so we can contact you, the buyer, if there is a problem). In this case is also good to provide the telephone of the receiver (so the shipping company can contact them). It is also a very good idea to tell your friends, so they are ready to get a package that they never order from an unknown company.
Changing the delivery address
We can only change the delivery address before we purchase the shipping label. If you made an error or provide a wrong address, please, contact us as soon as possible.
Please, use the same platform you used to purchase to contact us (e.g. Etsy) and provide the order number.
