no item was ever shipped

I never received the item. I emailed the seller a week after the estimated delivery date and never received a response. I had to go through Etsy help/support to get a refund.

I think seller is inactive. Had to open case with Etsy

I never got it, unfortunately. The seller never responded to my messages and I had to have the order refunded by Etsy themselves. It's a bummer as I was looking forward to it but what can you do.
