We do our best to ship orders quickly. In order to request a change to either your shipping address or order details, please message us within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of securing the change(s). Be specific about the details of your change request to avoid delays. Once we receive your message, we will reply promptly to confirm whether or not the change is still feasible.

Note: If your order has been delivered to the post office, we have no way to re-direct the package to a different address. In these cases, your best option is to place a new order with the correct shipping address. If the original package is returned to us (and is not a custom item), we will refund the original item(s).

Fits small dogs including: Beagle, Jack Russel Terrier, Boston Terrier, French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel, Poodle, Pug, etc. Includes D-ring.

Customers often ask for recommendations on a collar size based on the weight, age, or breed of their pet. We can try to help you make an educated guess with this info, but the surest, recommended advice is to MEASURE your pet's neck before ordering.

► HOW TO MEASURE: If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, you can wrap a piece of string around your pet's neck (not tight, but snug) to find out the length you need — then measure the string used, next to a straight ruler or tape.

► IF YOUR PET IS IN BETWEEN SIZES, first - pick either size & add the collar to the cart. At Checkout, you can include a 'Note to MadeByCleo', to let us know your pet's neck size. We'll customize the size as needed for optimal fit.

Yes, we can easily accommodate any hardware color changes (gold vs. silver OR silver vs. gold) since all of our collars are made to order.

► To request gold hardware collar accents (or vice versa, depending on whatever is the default color shown for a particular collar style) -- simply add your hardware color request in the 'Note to MadeByCleo' message box (located on the cart page before checkout).

Yes, we can easily accommodate a substitution request for a white buckle instead of the black one shown (or black instead of white), since all of our collars are made to order. We do not offer other colors aside from black & white however. Both options are available in breakaway and non-breakaway versions (both look virtually identical to what you see used in the collars photos but obviously will function differently).

► Also, if you wish to get the collar buckle clasp upgraded to gold or silver metal, please be sure to purchase the metal buckle upgrade option (link below) in addition to the collar. (One buckle upgrade per collar).
