All orders not shipped can be canceled at no cost to the customer upon request by e-mail (joanna.price@orange.fr) or by phone (+33-6.82.08.20.93).
For orders already shipped, the customer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the actual receipt of the order. When sending in several times the 14-day period shall begin to run upon receipt of the final product ordered and for all products ordered.
The client may then partially or completely cancel the order or proceed with the exchange of one or all of the items ordered. The customer must return items for exchange or refund stating his choice within 14 days after expressing his desire to withdraw.
The exchange or refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the undamaged product or proof of dispatch of such products by Malianna Creations. For initial payment by voucher or gift, and when requesting reimbursement by the client, it will be paid by voucher or gift the amount of items returned.
However the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Customers must inform Malianna Creations of his wish and return at its expense all products cancel or exchange in their state of origin by registered post, proof of postage only authentic in case of loss of returned items Post.

Payment by credit card or paypal account.

The prices displayed on the site are in euros. They do not take into account the shipping costs which are automatically calculated during the validation of the cart on the site.
Malianna Creations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being understood that only the price displayed on the site on the day the order is applicable to the client.

Shipment of products in stock is the first working day after receipt of payment by the customer.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped via traceable mail French service La Poste (Colissimo or LettreMax or other mode of shipment tracking for europeean shipments - no traceable mail for international). Delivery times are indicative and correspond to those charged by the postal services.
The customer is solely responsible for the address that provides Malianna Creations when ordering. It should be as complete as possible. Malianna Creations can not be held responsible for non-delivery of an order due to incorrect address information of the customer.
Malianna Creations normally sends all products ordered when ordering in a single consignment within the time posted on the site. However, if one of the items ordered was not available immediately, the customer would be notified within 24 hours of ordering.
